You know what pisses me off? When I start drinking the recommended "eight, 8oz cups of water per day" which involves giving up something I love more than life itself: diet coke, and I wind up feeling more fat and bloated than when I was drinking pretty much nothing but diet coke every day. This *really* frosts my Cheerios, let me tell ya :P. I try to do something "better" for myself and I just wind up feeling like crap and having this overwhelming urge to fall asleep on the floor...
Stupid trying to better myself and instill some positive changes for good health bullshit...bah :P

I pretty much am *g*. I have friggin' hypertension, so I need to avoid sodium. I never salt my food, but some of my favorite stuff is loaded with sodium (diet coke, for example). It sucks.
Yeah, trying being on a low sodium diet.
Even a "Healthy Choice" tv dinner has half the daily sodium for a normal person. I have to actually make my "own" food. Now that sucks.
